This curious little program is called Tangible Groove Pad. It's really interesting, not because of his poor editing options, its interesting because of the way you play the instrument.
You can buy it for a few bucks, or download it in apptrackr if you have a jailbroken one.

Drums are made with Program D83º "BD/SD2"
